Hotel Tops 10

It shows 4 star at the main entrance but honestly it's 2 star hotel except the size and amenities at the location. The room with heated floor had no funiture except a little tea table and two chairs which you can find in dadami style Japanese restaurant. The gym has no towels and water dispenser so make sure bring your own. Hotel breakfast buffet runs from 7 am till 10am but ran out of the food by 9am. The front desk warned that you need to be there by 9 if you want to eat as much as you would pay 35000 korean won! Anyone visiting from over seas, pls do not make reservations because it is just water of money and you precious time.

This hotel advertised them as a 4 star hotel. The views were actually 4 to 5 stars like. No questions about it. but everything else were 2 stars at the most. There was no service personnel present at most of the time from the concierge desk to any other desk. We had to wait for a person to come. They showed up rolling their eyes and treat us unenthusiastically like they were not wanting to be there. The quality and details were also missing and lacking everywhere in their facilities. Only big and glorious lobby that don’t mean nothing to anyone. We stayed there over 2 nights for our family reunion and No one in our families felt any hospitality while staying there. We won’t be back again.

I have booked rom for 2 and breakfast, but got sick and was not able to make trip. So I notified them and send a medical certificate that i can't move and I need to keep stay at hospital. The reservation office was so rude to me when talk and not able to help with anything. I tried to explain that i can not visit so if i can change dates or cancel - they just said no cause it's by the hotel rule. Never gonna go to this hotel ever.
