Wow. One of the best stays I've had at a hotel. While the rooms were on the simple side (it was still spacious, modern and comfortable), the vibe, service level and food was top notch. We had dinner at Le Pristine and the food was fine done quality while being in a relaxed space. I also LOVED the hotel breakfast. We stayed two days and I was looking forward to breakfast on the second day. Being right above the subway was also perfect for the hotel summer days in Tokyo. The gym and lounge view of the Tokyo was the cherry on top.
We had a fantastic stay. Location is hard to beat: situated right above a subway station. And it’s not just any station: Toranomon Hills complex is centrally located, and is a small city unto itself, offering an array of restaurants, shops, and other convenience. It’s perfect for a family. The room itself was both functional and well designed (Scandinavian-Japanese) which was inspirational. The hotel provided great amenities such as access to a wonderful lounge for all guests where we entertained our friends who visited us from all over Tokyo. It has become our favorite hotel in Tokyo which we hope to stay again in the future.
This hotel is really quite good, and I’d recommend it after staying there. When the taxi arrived, the staff had already unloaded my luggage while I was still paying the fare inside the car. They must have seen my name on the luggage tags, because when I got out, they greeted me by name right away. This thoughtful service made a great first impression. The staff carefully explained all the hotel facilities. After getting my room key and checking out the room, I found the space was quite roomy - I could open both of my suitcases without any problem. The location is also very convenient, with the Hibiya Line right downstairs, making it easy to get around.
