Hotel Torre Azul & Spa Adults Only

This is not a high end hotel but is great value for the price . We payed 110 euro per night and it was worth the money . The pros : Good location , near the beach and near bus stop . The room is good and clean The bathroom also very clean They change the towels and clean every day The stuff is very friendly and can speak English The breakfast is good value The cons : The area is party area nothing fancy around , you have to go to palma to go to the nice stuff The building is old but well maintained The pool is average

Arrived after midnight and reception staff took me for a plate of food as had paid for half board. Good size room and bathroom. Spacious balcony. Good location, airport bus dropped me off at the door, short walk to beach and bars/restaurants/shops. Supermarket two doors down.

First Time in Mallorca and at This Hotel Overall Impression This was our first visit to Mallorca and our first stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we weren’t impressed. Despite its 4-star rating, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We’ve stayed at better places that weren’t even classified as 4 stars. Location On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location. It offers easy access to public transportation and is conveniently close to the airport, which made getting around and exploring Mallorca much easier. Also close to supermarkets, beach and restaurants/bars Room Experience We stayed in Room 706. The room was not soundproof at all—you could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. On our first night, we had to go down to reception twice due to loud noise from a neighboring room. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was quieter. Cleanliness was also disappointing. It was obvious the area under the bed hadn't been cleaned. Two days before we left, a stray flip-flop appeared in the room—housekeeping had found it under the bed, assuming it was ours. The next day, we found the matching flip-flop still under the bed and ended up throwing them away. Pool Area The pool area could use regular cleaning throughout the day. A lot of debris, including leaves and rubbish, would fall from the trees or be left by birds, onto the water Facilities & Amenities The in-room amenities were lacking for a 4-star hotel: ●No ironing board or iron was provided. ●No proper shampoo or shower gel. There was only a basic soap dispenser in the shower that had to be constantly pressed to get enough product. We had to go to Mercadona to buy our own toiletries. ●The only lift that provided access to the breakfast area was frequently out of order, which was very inconvenient. Food & Dining One afternoon, we ordered a chicken burger from the poolside bar. I was shocked when I was presented with a pink patty. I’ve always been told undercooked chicken can be dangerous, so I didn’t feel safe eating it and left most of it uneaten. Spa & Staff The one highlight of our stay was the spa. The facilities were excellent, and the massage therapist was fantastic—professional, attentive, and truly made the experience relaxing. Conclusion Our overall stay was disappointing due to noise issues, lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and the need for better pool maintenance. However, the hotel’s location, with easy access to transport and proximity to the airport, was a definite advantage. The spa was the only redeeming factor, and if we ever chose to return, it would be solely for that. Otherwise, this hotel fell short of the expectations we had for a 4-star property
