Hotel Torre Hogar

The place is not so attractive, the establishment is very dim, it lacks more life, something that happened to me during my stay was that children were running through the corridors playing late at night, as were adults conversing loudly and the televisions at high volume, I was only able to sleep at midnight, what was notable was that the room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom that the room had.

I do not know and cannot understand, based on what criteria this is a 4 star hotel! I asked for a double room,i had two singles. As soon as i opened the door of the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere and i do NOT smoke! The lights at the lobby are depressing. The room looked very...90s. On the plus side,the staff was very polite and helpful.

I was unpleasently surprised the photos do not correspond to the reality. The room was smelly, smelled old and not clean, the sheets smelled odd as well. The room was really small and the wall was cracked. It's close to the rail station so you can hear the trains passing. You can also hear very clearly how your neighbour takes a shower. The breakfast was really modest, you don't have a lot of choise what to eat. I am disapointed as I felt dirty all the time, for me this hotel should have 2 stars maximum.
