Hotel Transilvania

Hotel Transilvania is officially rated as a 4-star hotel, but I would say it feels more like a solid 3-star. The rooms are decent, clean, but nothing out of the ordinary — and there are no balconies, which some guests might miss. The hotel is clearly a bit older, and you can tell by some of the details in the room, though overall, cleanliness is well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good variety, but lacks anything particularly special or standout. A fine option if you’re not expecting luxury, but I wouldn’t rate it as a true 4-star experience.

Very confy matress but the bathroom department not good. Overall very good reception. Didnt go to the restaurant so no ideea about that.

I wanted to order food in the room, as I had some work to do, and the menu on the flyer looked pretty good. The problem was that the room phone wasn't working. I called the hotel front desk from my cell phone, but within 5 minutes nobody answered. I went down to eat out and the receptionist didn't seem busy. I asked her if there was a problem with the phones and she said no. I told her that the room phone was not working so I couldn't order at the restaurant, and the front desk no one answered. She replied that she heard the phone but she had a customer (I didn't ask why she didn't call me back). The next day the room phone still didn't work.
