We had a wonderful stay at charming Hotel Trenker. Hotel is like a well-run German/ Austrian "Landhaus", family owned and operated with attentiveness and charm. Excellent spa and sparkling clean swimming pool, was a great respite for us before and after our short trek in the Dolomites. Classic breakfast service and a lovely 4-5 course dinner service (optional, additional charge). Thank you for a wonderful stay
Great location for visiting Lake Braies The hotel is in a strategic spot, about 2 km on foot from Lake Braies — ideal for exploring the area without needing to drive. A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a relaxing stay in nature.
Very disappointing experience. We cancelled our stay more than 7 days in advance due to unforeseen circumstances and informed the hotel right away. Our booking included half board, and despite this, they didn’t offer even a small partial refund. Worse — no personal reply, just an automatic message. Zero communication, zero goodwill. Not guest-friendly at all. Would not recommend.
