Hotel TRH Taoro Garden Only Adults

My partner and I recently enjoyed a magnificent all-inclusive holiday here. We can't fault the place - the staff were extremely friendly, and always had smiles on their faces. They would go above and beyond to help in whatever way they could. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all wonderful, with a huge amount of variety each day and different types of food available from the different counters - there was always something for everyone. The hotel's gardens are beautiful and peaceful, and there is live music each evening in the bar. Puerto de la Cruz itself is also a fantastic little town to explore, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre from the hotel. There are a lot of steps to climb on the way back, but if this isn't for you then there are regular (and free) shuttle buses that run between the town centre and the hotel. All of this for such a reasonable price too! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a very good hotel that we stayed over the last weekend of June. Rooms where large and kept clean. The hotel was a 4 star one (local rating). Breakfast was excellent with dinner being good. Staff were professional and hard working. Drinks at the bar were at a good reasonable price but good measures being poured out. Hotel had a gym, 2 pools, pool table and ping pong table. Evening entertainment was fair with bar closing around 11pm. Adults only place so no under 16s. Recommended.

Nice 7 day stay at Taoro Garden. Breakfast was very good, nice variety and the restaurant staff were lovely. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and it was a super quiet and relaxing environment. Pool was a good temperature and very clean, bar staff were all really friendly and the drinks reasonably priced. Nice 15/20 minute walk into town through a beautiful garden, uphill / stairs on the way back. We were given a ground floor room with a lovely terrace. Very clean but we did find two cockroaches (understandable as we were bottom floor). Unfortunately, the room was damp smelling, we found the beds hard and the air conditioning did not cool the room - it was often a lot warmer in the room than outside, especially at night. The reception team kindly offered us another room, one floor up. This room wasn’t damp smelling and the bed was super comfy, so I would avoid the bottom floor rooms. The AC also didn’t work well in this room - we found it hard to sleep in the heat. Overall a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t return due to the poor air conditioning.
