We stayed a week, riding bikes and exploring the Italian countryside. (They have bikes for guests to use and storage for your bike should you bring your own, as we did.) We were traveling with our German friends who had stayed there before, making it easy for us to get around as they knew the area. The hotel owners live at the hotel and interact with the guests, making sure things go smoothly. There was entertainment most evenings and we enjoyed that. The staff didn't speak English but we got by just fine, they were always ready to please. The meals were included with our stay and they were extra good, buffet style, so you got to see what was available even if you didn't know what to call it. I'd go back given the chance!
Dirty rooms, terrible customer experience, old building in need of maintenance. Also not a nice area of Cesenatico. It is sold as 4 stars but rather a 1-2 stars.
Described as 4 stars, however closer to 2 stars hotel. Building and rooms need maintenance as well air conditioning. Hotel staff not willing to support and help. Bad experience.
