Hotel Tritone

Lovely quiet hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They spoke English if required. The pool was fabulous. Very clean with plenty of bubbles. We only ate breakfast which was the same every day. Cold meat and cheese predominantly. Plenty of cake and fruit too. Typical continental style breakfast. Rooms were always clean. Nice view from the balcony. Easy access to town and all amenities including ferry terminals. Lipari is a beautiful island with friendly locals. Shopping, food and gelato was all accessible.

Spent 2 nights and had the best time. The receptionists are very nice, lovely and welcome. They escorted me to the room and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is very '80s in the decorations but in good shape. Breakfast was included and the variety was fantastic! Only 2 down sides are that they don't offer a bus service from the port to the hotel so you either walk (19 mins and a uphill road is part of the 19mins) or you get a taxi. Also, the pool is fantastic, is unattended and it gets very crowded with kids so not the best if you want to relax.
