Hotel Tropical Park

Very nice, clean hotel. Great location. Would 100% come again. Prices of drinks and ice cream are super expensive but there's a mini market at the bottom of the road which you can get snacks and drinks at much better prices. The pools are nice and clean. The lifeguard is relaxed, you obviously get the old Karen and Gary who complain about kids havung fun in the pool. But don't listen to them. "How dare the kids who come on a family holiday in the summer, have fun" If you dont want to come to a hotel with kids who want to play with balls and inflatables in the pool, go to an adult only hotel or stay home. 🙄 There's isn't a lot of evening entertainment at the hotel but plenty of things to do around the island.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Great range of food and drinks. Snacks that you can order to your table, including pizza. This served us really well with having a toddler. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Rooms were really big apartment style, perfect for our family of three. We will be back again next year!

Honest review, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. We’ve paid a lot of money for all inclusive yet everyday I’m finding something that isn’t all inclusive. Only 2 drinks at the bar at a time per person which is apparently a new rule recently invented, have to pay for snacks and ice cream. Only can hire tennis for an hour. Ice cream is 6€ but if you walk 2 mins down the road it’s 2€ 🤣 Says indoor gym and has picture on website, however it’s a rubbish outdoor gym and absolutely no indoor gym anywhere. Apparently an “eco gym”. Says entertainment but there is absolutely none whatsoever!! And when asked at reception, they said there is none and was questioned about how it said online that there was!! Also says premium wifi but again, reception said there is none and was questioned about it as it said there was some online!! We have a baby and was given the furthest away room with only stairs to get to it and we have to carry pushchair up 3 flights of stairs… Playground has biggest steps on the planet for kids!! Imagine an adult trying to go up 2 steps at a time is basically the size of them!! Not to mention you should probably get out at 6am to reserve spot for a sun bed by the pool!! Aircon is very weak in the room Only one lifeguard up top looking over 2 pools and up 2 flights of stairs, by the time they get to you you’ll probably drown anyway!! Absolutely terrible. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous and false advertisers!! Avoid!!
