Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno

The hotel is located in a tower building near the station directly connected to Tennoji Station. The entrance is on the 3rd floor, and the elevator is only accessible by passing through the front desk. The rooms are relatively spacious for a business hotel and suitable for a long stay. The hotel service is not as bad as you would expect from a hotel of this class, but it is noticeable that the hotel service is not as good as it used to be.

It's a nice little place, but felt like the most 'old-fashioned' hotel of our holiday. The bathroom seemed a bit dated and the locations of the sockets to use the kettle were a bit weird. It was a nice place and the staff were very friendly, but compared to everywhere else we stayed it just seemed okay and a little lacking. But it was clean and a nice space - feels like a better stay for someone on business than holiday, and it was very conveniently located with easy metro and JR lines close by.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Very small rooms with a worn and not super clean look that feels like a dated small town Holiday Inn. The other 3 couples we traveled with felt the same. We were accidentally placed in a smoking room which was unbearable but thankfully the window could be opened. The trade-off was cold air and traffic noise. Nice staff but most barely spoke any English. Breakfast buffet is acceptable but not delicious. Definitely won't stay there again despite good location.
