Hotel Tsereteli Palace

Nice hotel in convenient location (very close to a nice park, sea, city center). Owner’s attitude is just fabulous. Mamuka was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, always hot and cold choices, juice, watermelon, some sweets for coffee.

First of all I would like to put a five mark to the hotel because of the highest-level hospitality of Tseriteli Palace manager - Mamuka 🧡. He lives the life of the guests of the hotel. He is here and there, above and beyond to help you whenever and whatever you need during the stay. A human of non-ending good vibes. Like this during our séjour in the hotel (we traveled with a tourist group) he personally walked a girl to the pharmacy down to the street to help her to buy a medication she needed. At the breakfast he poured to my husband two shots of excellent Georgian cognac absolutely for free. He got always delicately interested in what we did and how we are right after we stepped in the hotel after a long day. A real professional of his business. Except this, I sure would like to highlight very clean and sunny rooms, modern design inside and outside the building, super convenient location in the very center of old Batumi. I recommend this place for your stay.

I tried to change my reservation dates but got refused. They do not try to help you at all. Very bad customer service. Not recommended. Edited: I am not a liar. You can report me to anyone. I didn’t say anything wrong, I said the truth. You could’ve send me a message about it. But you didn’t. You just keep refusing things. No additional information. I made many bookings at booking.com and never had a problem with any hotel. Also, instead of explaining yourself and trying to make it up, you attack me. What kind of accommodation policy is this? This situation was easily fixable with a 1 nice message. Also you have places for the dates I wanted. The information you provided right now is wrong. You have rooms for 25-28 August which I requested to change to.
