Hotel in good location. The food in the restaurant is second to none. Excellent Slovak food and ice cream. Highly recommended.
We stayed there for 5 nights, with a toddler and a dog. I loved the view to the mountains, rooms were clean, spa was really ok (just showers in changing rooms were cold and super short..), breakfast was plenty to choose from (but only when there are more guests), staff very nice, also dog Lexo! Hotel is in a good place, close to everything, but slopes are ~1,200m away, so consider this. Ps. Restaurant is not always working, or at least I could not get anyone to come to me at around 3pm
Good value for the money, flexible with dietary wishes, menu shows allergens. They speak German good enough to communicate.
