I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in March of 2025. It was a great stay. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The indoor pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for me as many of the trailheads in the Llao Llao peninsula were within walking distance or a short bus ride. Highly recommended.
Had an amazing, peaceful time at the hotel. Great place to go with kids! The hotel provides everything you need if you want to stay in, and the area is fantastic if you are looking to go out and explore.
The patio of this hotel is amazing, that deserves a 5-star. But I am only giving 2 stars because upon arrival they tried to charge us extra money even though I made the reservation for my family of 4, and they said I only made it for 2 adults. I showed the receptionist how I made the reservation and simulate doing another one on front of her so she could see I did not make an error, and after several minutes they honored the price I paid. The rooms were extremely antique. Floors were cranking like crazy and waking my kids up if i had to walk to the bathroom. There is NO air conditioner and windows couldn’t be open, we were suffocating. We ordered a “cafe con leche” and ir was the most disgusting coffee I had ever tried. So we decided not to have dinner there because were afraid that would be as disgusting as coffee was. Pillows were older than my great grandmother. That being said, they were uncomfortable. There were hundred of wasps on the tunnel that takes you to the pool (inside). This place should not be a 4-star hotel. And definitely is not worth the price. I hope that they invest more money in the interior to make guest’s money be worth it. Receptionist Gisel was very sweet. But Jazmin from reservations was not. Definitely not coming back, not recommending if either
