Hotel Turia Granada

Five stars for the value for money and location next to the train station. The room was spacey and modern. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Dinner was convenient although it’s difficult to compete with the great options available nearby. Monica, one of the hosts at the restaurant and bar was super nice with me and everyone around, I was surprised she recognized me the next morning 👍🏻

The hotel fully deserves its 4 stars. The room is large, clean and equipped with a fridge. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, from which you can get to all the attractions of Granada. We arrived earlier, but the room was already waiting for us. Breakfast and dinner with a large selection and high quality products. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff is professional and always willing to help.

The hotel stay was generally pleasant, and I appreciated the infused water in the lobby—orange, cucumber, and lemon flavors were available. However, I witnessed something concerning during checkout. As I was leaving the lobby, I saw a female staff member bringing clean cups from the bar to refill the clean cup basket. She was stopped by a male staff member, who then proceeded to take used cups and place them directly into the basket meant for clean cups. This raises serious hygiene concerns, especially in a public area where guests help themselves to drinking water. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and reinforce proper hygiene protocols with the staff to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
