Hotel Turia Valencia

Everyone was so friendly and engaged - from the reception to the cleaning team. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Bus stops are just around the corner. Would definitely recommend!

It’s very well located. It has a private parking included in the price and available only for hotel guests, and also a very nice gym. It’s always a challenge to find a hotel with a good gym. For sure the price is very reasonable. I liked a lot the breakfast - variety of food, clean and comfortable restaurant. The best part is friendly staff. My wife had a birthday and the hotel made a nice gift. It was really nice. There is a bottle of fruit water on the lobby - what a cool idea. Last but not least you can rent a towel (for cash only). We didn’t have dinner or lunch but there are these options. However it also has poor soundproofing - at night I could hear every movement of my neighbours. Also it feels like it needs a small renovation. In the bathroom there was a leak in the ceiling due to air conditioning condensation. It was a bit weird. Also you can use the safe in the room but you have to take a key for a 10 euro deposit only in cash. Not the best option. Our balcony door was not able to be locked. But on the 10th floor it was not such an issue. So I have a mixed feeling about the stay but mostly positive. And there is no fridge in the rooms.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has four stars. There is no swimming pool, which is quite disappointing for a place that claims to be of this standard. There is no even a small fridge in the rooms, and the food is also far from great – it’s the same every single day, just presented in slightly different combinations to make it seem varied. The gym is smaller than my room and has only three types of machines, which is ridiculous for a hotel of this rating. Overall, I expected much more.
