A modern, stylish, high-quality hotel located very close to the center of Varaždin. + The hotel is very beautiful, stylish, and modern – surprisingly so given its location. + The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The bed is large and very comfortable. + There’s plenty of storage and surface space in the room. + The bathroom is roomy and features a large shower. - The hotel feels a bit out of place in its location 😄
Hotel centrally located with free parking options. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is ok apart from the hit options which ate only lukewarm but cold offerings are fine. Bar service very good generally apart from one barman. Snacks are available in the bar arrange but are not shown on bar menu. Food is main restaurant is excellent and our waiter Darko was excellent as was Danika. Main issue fir English guests is the lack of a non smoking area outside the hotel as many guests and locals smoke.
The rooms are nice and cozy. However, no cleaning service was provided for three days, and water shortages on the sixth floor occurred frequently. The windows also lack proper insulation, allowing wind to enter the rooms during windy days. The staff is polite and responsive. The hotel is near the historical part of the city.
