Panorama,darling stuff, perfect
We had a room with a balcony and a perfect view over the vineyards towards Merano. The room was very large, spacious, and clean. We booked with breakfast, and the buffet selection was extremely extensive and very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful and recommended great hiking tours. You can park right at the hotel, but we also used the included South Tyrol Card and took advantage of the frequent bus service (the stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel). The pool is perfect for relaxing, and you can also swim well because it's very long. The whirlpool on the roof is also very nice, and the view from the top is truly beautiful and completely unobstructed. All in all, we were 100% satisfied and would recommend the hotel at any time.
It was our very first time in South Tyrol, and we stayed at this beautiful hotel 😍 The location, rooms, and breakfast (we lacked nothing - a huge, fantastic selection of bread and rolls, and everything else was also very good) were phenomenal ❤️. The pool and whirlpool on the roof were fantastic. I can't say anything about dinner - we didn't have it. The only negative thing I can report from the last five days was the unfriendly and very arrogant young man at check-in on Monday. He was very sparsely spoken, arrogant, and didn't give us much information about the hotel and the place. The manager, the ladies, and the young man at breakfast were all the more friendly and accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces 🥰. I'd love to come back 😉
