Hotel Tyrolerhof

We've been to the Tyrolerhof end of January and we really enjoyed our stay! Instead of just ticking feature boxes, it really makes the impression that the owners put a lot of thought and effort into creating a great Hotel. E.g. the city center of Sölden is not exactly a quiet place but the rooms are extra sound-proofed, so we could sleep without any problems. There is a textile and non-textile Sauna area for everyone to enjoy. The food selection and quality is phenomenal! Even special tastes and requirements were well accounted for. The kitchen crew is very professional and helpful in case of questions. And there is a different dessert buffet each night, it is really hard to say no to. These things among others made our stay very memorable even months later!

We had a wonderful ski holiday staying at Hotel Tyrolerhof. The family run hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms are spacious with all the modern luxuries. The bar area is authentic with nice sofas and armchairs to have a pre-dinner or post dinner drink or coffee. Alternatively, you can sit in the bar area and chat to other guests. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel. For dinner, food is provided in a buffet style with a great selection of salads and soups, seafood or meats for starters. For main course you are often spoilt with a selection of roasted meats or casserole. Alternatively there is always fish on the menu or vegetarian food. The desserts are homemade and my goodness an incredible selection of local specials. To round it all off there is a lovely selection of cheeses. The restaurant staff are exceptional. We had Daniel looking after us, he was always welcoming, friendly and always helped us choose the best local wines. The hotel has a good spa area with a selection of saunas, steam rooms and a modern swimming pool. The ski hire (Grizzly Sports) is adjoining the hotel where you can leave your skis over night with no extra charge. The cable car taking you to the slopes is less than a 5 minute walk. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more highly. Thank you Hotel Tyrolerhof.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Tyrolerhof. The half-board meals were excellent, and the staff was always helpful and kind. Its convenient location in Sölden makes it a great choice for a comfortable stay.
