Been going to this hotel for 11 years. My fifth time here and still love it. The slides are great. Loads of pool side activities. Delicious food and lovely staff that take care of everyone. The nighttime entertainment is hilarious and the rooms are always spotless. Can’t beat the poolside view.

Spent 10 days here with a large family group, everyone really enjoyed their stay. Highlight was the pool areas spacious and clean great for kids. All the staff where very helpfull from the security guard at the front of the hotel to the servers in the resteraunt .Sammy and the entertainment team did a great job night after night. Special thanks to Onur in the outside bar/restaurant always went above and beyond so helpfull.

Over all the hotel was very clean and the staff were more than happy to serve and assist you in any way. Unfortunately, the evening entertainment was quite disappointing. After a couple of nights, we found it wasn’t really worth staying for, so we ended up skipping the hotel dinner and heading to Ladies Beach instead. There, we found a much better atmosphere, with a variety of restaurants and some great live entertainment. “This hotel is heavily geared towards families, with few amenities or activities suited for couples. We found the experience rather dull and wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic or adults-only getaway.” The food was pretty average overall, and on several occasions, it was difficult to find something that really stood out. The buffet often felt repetitive, and at busy times, it could be quite chaotic. There were multiple instances where cutlery ran out, which meant waiting around or asking staff for help. Breakfast queues were particularly frustrating—only one person was cooking fried eggs and omelettes to order, one at a time, which led to long lines. Some guests were waiting up to 10 minutes just holding a plate. It definitely took away from the overall experience. Efes was the only beer available, alongside a selection of local spirits and wines. Cocktails were very basic—usually just a mix of spirits with fruit concentrate, and ice was hit or miss. The all-inclusive bar closes at midnight, so if you fancy a drink after that, be prepared to pay €5 for a small (30cl) beer at the lobby bar. Overall, the drinks offering was quite limited and didn’t add much to the experience. The pool was one of the highlights of the hotel—clean, spacious, and great for relaxing. The water slides were a fun touch, although they were only switched on for a few hours each day. There was also a kiddie pool and a separate paddling area, which is ideal for families with young children.
