Hotel Ulivi

I really loved the stay. I stayed at a single room without any views, but other more expensive rooms seemed to have a balcony or terrace that looks out into the lake and a small garden with subbeds. the pool seemed nice although because i was with a dog, which wasn't allowed in the pool area, i wasn't able to enjoy it. The garden overall is well kept, the bed was very comfortable, the room clean, the included breakfast very nice with many options to choose from. It's like a few minutes walk from the lakeside so very convenient and the parking lot in the basement is also very useful. It seems like a nice place to enjoy holidays in.

If you want to visit Lake Iseo and Franciacorta, this is the place to stay. Perfect located in the south part of the lake. A beautiful garden and swimming pool. The rooms have high standard and breakfast was just amazing. And the staff was so professional and friendly. I will be back!

Horrible experience here, do not come! Treated certain guests in our group as if they didn't belong here. Very inhospitable environment, disrespectful staff, and sub-par accomodations. There are much better options around here for a place to stay, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
