Staying at Hotel Unicus Palace in Kraków Central was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the service, ambiance, and overall attention to detail made it clear why this hotel is considered one of the best in the city. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Kraków, with easy access to the Old Town, main market square, and countless shops, restaurants, and attractions. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat with beautifully designed interiors that blend modern elegance with classic charm. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully furnished with every amenity we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious with a rain shower and high-end toiletries, and the little touches like fresh fruit and complimentary bottled water made all the difference. What truly stood out was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to offer recommendations or assist with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—plentiful, fresh, and delicious, with a wide variety of local and international options. The spa and wellness area was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Clean, quiet, and relaxing—it added another layer of luxury to our stay. Hotel Unicus Palace isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a full experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to everyone we know!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Room was spacious, well furnished, immaculately clean and with all the amenities you’d expect at this price point. Service was excellent in all encounters- very professional, courteous and well-trained. Quiet and had excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was of a very good standard. The location is excellent - 5 mins from main square and loads of good bars/restaurants nearby. Around 15-20 walk from the main station. Great for business/solo travellers and couples.

Everything was perfect. Starting with a very warm welcome at the reception, through professional and very friendly service, and ending with breakfast, which was at the highest level. The room was very luxurious, with a mini bar, with a bathrobe. The bathroom with a free-standing bathtub made the greatest impression. I recommend it.
