From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Samuel at the concierge, along with the entire front desk team and valet staff. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I apologize for this late thank you—life has been hectic with work and family, but I want you all to know that I haven’t forgotten about you! I deeply appreciate everything you did to make my experience so memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—the gym is top-tier, the pool is incredible, and the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking. The food was phenomenal, and I have to give a special thank you to the wonderful lady at the restaurant who greeted me every day with a warm smile. She remembered my name, my preferences, and always made sure I had the best window seat. Her kindness and attentiveness, especially in checking on how I was feeling due to my neck issue, meant so much to me. The team even helped me find a physical therapy clinic right across the street, truly going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I spent around 10 to 12 days at Hotel Unique, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the staff left me speechless. I dream of returning and staying there again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting São Paulo. The hotel is spectacular, it is very comfortable, stylish and the service is exceptional. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The service is great! The location is a nice area, but not a location where you wish to explore by walking and look around. You will have to take Uber to see the local attractions etc. But I still recommend to take some time to stay there especially if you are traveling for work, it is a safe area and comfortable hotel.
