4 Star part is nice, pool and spa area also very good. Breakfast area is huge but is u get there at rush hrs like 9-10 it is like bees nest :) Ladies on reception are very helpful and friendly. Hotels location is also very convenient close to Georgian restaurant with great food.

What I really can't understand is how a 4-star hotel can have such a poor reception service. If you're planning to come here expecting to communicate in English, don’t bother. While the staff at reception were willing to speak English when I first arrived, that was the end of it. The worst part was when one of the receptionists actually raised her voice at me when I came to ask a simple question during my stay. I honestly have no idea how someone with such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior can be working at the front desk. It completely ruined my overall impression of the hotel. On a more positive note, the other staff – in the dining area and the housekeeping team – were wonderful. They each deserve a star of their own. After this experience, I have no intention of ever returning to this hotel – or to any other operated by the same company.

Updated review. The massage and spa facilities used to be great. But that's changed. We have started to explore other hotels and spas in the area, and telling our friends and family to do the same. Massage From a recent visit on 23 Dec 22, I experienced probably the worst sports massage ever. It was delivered by a gentleman who was inexperienced (or not interested), in poor surroundings (medical spa unit) rather than the pleasant spa rooms, the radio was on rather than relaxing spa music, he used my already wet towel to cover my body. He didn't speak english so I could not communicate my displeasure. The massage itself was poor, weak, and substandard. Service The lady at the spa reception was empathetic and listened to my concerns. She seemed genuinely upset. Hence, 2 stars. She escalated to her boss (a lady with glasses). This individual must have been new to this role. She lacked customer service experience. She treated us with a poor attitude, and she seemed miserable. She did not make a satisfactory offer to resolve, and i cannot recall her apologising. Parking There were plenty of hotel car parking spaces, but the attendant abruptly told us to use public parking, which was off hotel grounds. This added to the poor service. We have been left disappointed and will not be going back. It's a shame as we have had great experiences in the past. But the last couple of experiences suggest this place is going downhill. This last visit being the last straw.
