Very disappointing stay. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room — I had to buy everything myself. No one cleaned the room for two days, and the shower was oddly placed and extremely small, so water ended up all over the floor. Towels were constantly wet and never replaced. Also, I do not recommend staying here during public holidays — during my visit, loud children’s performances on the nearby square went on endlessly. Breakfast was okay, but some of the staff clearly aren’t trained to work with guests. Would not stay again.

⸻ I had a very unpleasant and disturbing experience at this hotel. A situation came up that made it necessary to review the security camera footage — I was absolutely sure someone had entered my room. At first, the staff told me they would show me the footage. Then they changed their story and said it’s not allowed. Eventually, they told me they didn’t care, they wouldn’t look into it, and they wouldn’t waste their time checking the cameras. Of course, they also refused to show me any part of the footage. In short, I was left alone with my problem and told to deal with it myself. One of the managers, Vasile Topan, was especially rude and unprofessional — completely unhelpful and disrespectful. If you’re traveling with a bank card or anything valuable, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It is not a safe or guest-friendly environment.

Another disappointment at this hotel. I pressed the “clean my room” button, but no one came to clean. They insisted that I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on — which is simply not true. It feels like everyone here is trying to make you look like you’re the one who’s wrong or not thinking clearly. And in the end, no one cleaned the room anyway. Very frustrating and deeply disappointing.
