What an amazing view and the personnel are very kind, professional and cheerful. The food at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding and overall we have the time of our lives there. The coffee is also very good! The only minus is that there's no airco in the room but we got a ventilator instead which was acceptable. We'll be coming back for sure.

Absolutely amazing experience! Such a unique hotel and promotes healthy lifestyle. The views are incredible and there’s a lot of trails to walk/run/bike. The room was super clean, bathtub the biggest I’ve ever seen (family room) and the deck area had the best view. Breakfast was enough - all the basics you need! Coffee was by far the best we have had in Europe hotels. The walk to the hotel is not very far, if you have a lot of bags or heavy bags just be prepared for a bit of effort getting up the hill but it’s a short 10 mins. The train and 2 buses were easy to navigate and not a hassle, but I recommend checking the local train & bus routes as the hotels website is slightly confusing. We had a fan in the room which was available on request and was perfect for our stay. The bed and pillows super comfy - would definitely stay again!

We celebrated our wedding there ten years ago and thought we would celebrate by staying there again for a weekend. The location is as usual breathtaking. But the experience was unfortunately moderately good for the price. We only found out after booking (without option for cancelling) that the usual train that takes one up conveniently was not working for months-and the replacement bus to get up there took several connections and 1h30 from Zurich downtown. This resulted in us hiking up the mountain at midnight to get back to our room because the event we had in Zürich went later than 22:30... It was also very hot and there was no air conditioning in the room, and when opening the door one hears loud people speaking from the restaurant. The staff was quite unfriendly at times, one is not allowed at breakfast to sit where the view is nice, while the tables remain empty and supposedly reserved. I would say for the price the whole experience could be improved.
