This is our favourite hotel in Gatineau. The rooms are very well-equipped and comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. The bistro is an excellent restaurant. The giant outdoor year-round hot tub is fantastic and something you won't find anywhere else.
Does the job for a 2 night stay, no complaints. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No toiletries were provided and there was no breakfast either. For a 4 star hotel I believe these should be part of the basic amenities to be offered. The hot pools were a nice addition. Coffee was served in the lobby which was nice
Disgusting. Do not come here if you’re looking to have fun and relax. The room was DISGUSTING. Hair was all over our sheets and pillow cases, when we tried to call reception no one answered and we had to go down only for the guy to take us to some back rooms to get clean sheets that still weren’t fully clean. AC didn’t work in the room, we had to step on the cable to have cold air blow out. Staff is very unwelcoming and rude. Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear EVERYTHING and everyone can hear you. Do not come here if you have other choices. Do not recommend.
