Booked two adject rooms, got two separated floors, there was no one around cause it was all digital check in. Breakfast was nice good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Located in the best location possible.

Very disappointing for our second night in Liechtenstein. We are here to do the trail. The room was dirty, bed uncomfortable and it was extremely loud. For the check-in, it was very difficult if you’re from any other country. The check in kiosk wasn’t working and we were double charged for our room. We tried to use the hotline to call to receive help, but had to go outside the hotel to call on an intercom on the Main Street. Impossible to have a productive conversation and the hotel personnel on the other end was rude and unhelpful. After they hung up on me, we ended up having to pay the charge just so we can get a room key and then go through the nightmare of disputing it. It was impossible to sleep with other loud guests coming in after midnight and the breakfast staff talking loudly in the hallway starting at 5:30am. There were no amenities here - no place to store our leftover dinner, no shower cap, no washcloths. I would say this is maybe a 2-3 star hotel, but 3 star at best. Haven’t even make it to breakfast yet but after reading more reviews, sounds like that is a disappointment as well. I will not recommend this hotel in any way to guests coming to do the trail. Save the hassle and choose the other option.

This hotel is a boarding house at a hotel price. We booked for three nights on a flexible cancellation booking. They took our payment three days prior to arrival and when we wanted to change our booking there was no way we were able to be flexible on a flexible booking of which we paid a premium. The management could not care less and were in fact very unpleasant and could not care less. Very average in all aspects from checking to amenities. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere.
