Hotel Vakkom Palazzo

Wonderful resort, we got a lot more than expected, there is a lovely park area along with back waters and shikara boat, staff is friendly and offers great hospitality, they went out of the way to support and give us the best experience, they personally showed us around,and switched on the lights in the garden area even after their fixed time, have also considered opening recreational area for us at a time even after their fixed hours.overall they tried giving us best hospitality experience for me and my whole family, it was a wonderful experience overall, rooms and the whole property is way more better than advertised. Would highly recommend this for families. Not sure why they are not advertising it as a resort and not advertising the backwaters area.

We had a nice day with palazzo. The worth to note is staff support. Ms. Shiji the receptionist was excellent. She didn’t allow us to wait for a moment. Another staff ms shilpa is also fantastic in helping us. The food is delicious and the quantity is superb. Overall we are happy with the staff support amenity location price etc

A special word of appreciation goes to Operations Manager Mr. Vipin, whose attention to detail, responsiveness, and personal involvement ensured everything ran smoothly. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping to banquet service, displayed a high level of commitment and hospitality. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that satisfied every palate. Each meal was well-prepared and served with care, adding to the overall satisfaction of our group. We wholeheartedly recommend Vakkom Palazzo Hotels for both leisure and corporate events. Kudos to the entire team for making our event a grand success!
