Important to note there is an escalator in the town that comes up right next to the hotel. Saves dragging your suitcases up the mountain. Lovely room with stunning views overlooking mountains. There is a pool which is small but clean. Breakfast was disappointing from a vegan's point of view.
Loving the hotel so far will do a better review at the end. Wanted to add how to find the mysterious escalator that makes hotel access SO easy. From the town look for the Mosaic restaurant at Ycoor Square, in the corner you will see “Escalator Arnouva” it’s a connector to the ski lift (1st photo) From the hotel end it’s right by the ski lift / access by the road crossing, 2mins from the hotel (2nd photo) Such easy access into town and makes it easier if arriving by train too
Three day stay using the Epic pass for skiing at Crans-Montana. The staff was warm and welcoming when I arrived, and throughout the stay. The room was fantastic with a clear view of the valley and alps across the way. The room was well prepared and kept that way. The included breakfast was excellent. The spa and indoor pool was welcome at the end of each ski day. Boot warmers and secure ski storage and a 5 minute walk to the gondola made each day that much easier. Will stay here again on my next trip to CM.
