Hotel Valcha

I visit Prague regularly and I always stay here. The staff is very friendly, the neighbourhood is quiet, the rooms are clean and equipped with kettle to make tea or coffee. Good access to public transport, proximity to Prague castle and fair price make this place great choice for accomodation.

New modern hotel with clean, large airy rooms. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed is more like a normal bed with a thick mattress making it very restful. Great for a relaxing stay as a base for exploring the city. If you like walking then it’s very walkable to the castle, or otherwise take the tram that conveniently runs past the front of the hotel

My daughter and I stayed there for 2 weeks. Every day the receptionist was changed and yes, as some of reviewer mentioned there was a very rude lady but actually some of them were nice though. But the fee is a bit expensive according to the quality of hotel plus no free breakfast. If you’re thinking around here I don’t recommend here not much. But the good point is good restaurant next the hotel.
