We arrived late, after 22.00, but Mr. Miron was waiting for us with hot food! When I got to the room, another pleasant surprise: from the balcony you could see the lake shining in the moonlight! We came for a few days to get away from the noise of the city and I found a magical place: the rooms are big and clean, the food is very tasty, the people are very kind and friendly and the view is extraordinary! We will definitely be back!

I don’t want others to be disappointed..so I feel I’m compelled to write this review. The location of the hotel is amazing indeed.. especially if you are getting a superior room that has the balcony view over the lake, BUT the hotel itself is extremely outdated.. you feel like you got in a different era..and a lot to comment on the cleanliness and receptionist poor quality customer service… ill attach pictures because they speak louder than words..

We booked a superior room with a forest view and air conditioning. We informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive after 8 PM due to heavy traffic on the way. We arrived late and sent a message about it. However, when we got there, there was no one at the reception. We called all the available phone numbers, knocked on every door — no response. There was a man smoking outside who told us they could barely find someone at 5 PM — so imagine our chances at 11 PM. After an hour and a half, a man finally appeared, stuck a piece of paper with a phone number on the entrance door, and rudely told us we should’ve called that number. He claimed that the numbers on the website and the WhatsApp contact we had used belonged to a booking agency and had nothing to do with the actual reception. He was rude and blamed us for the situation. He gave us a room with a view of the parking lot and a shared balcony instead of the forest view we had booked. The room had air conditioning, but it didn’t work. There were no power outlets near the bed, the beds were separated, and so were the blankets. Our first impression was terrible. Simple family-owned guesthouses offer much more comfort, better service, and prettier views. We were deeply disappointed — it’s frustrating to take time off for a weekend getaway and end up feeling let down. This hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars at all. For the same price, we’ve stayed in hotels in the center of Venice.
