Fabulous hotel, wonderful friendly staff and so easy and convinient for skiing. The hotel has an intersport connected via the ski locker room, and it is right next to the gondola lift, bus stop and taxi rank. The restaurant food was delicious, with excellent gluten free options and the waiting staff were impeccable, especially Krasimir who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Strongly recommended.
Top service from we entered the reception when we arrived. We tried almost every drink in the bar menu. Eli the bartender even had a few more drinks in surprise in addition to the bar menu. The drinks were hand made with love ant they tasted amazingly. The food was perfekt every day. The staff really did take care of us, the customer, and we loved it. Thank you for doing all the best for our stay this year
This hotel is super high quality. Friendly and suportive staff, helpfull, professional, easygoing people. They serve delicious food in a cosy dining area. Rooms are small but clean and homely designed. Wellnes is clean and looks new. The skicabin is next to the hotel, so in fact, just from the room to the ski slope. We've spent here five wonderful days. ❤️
