Hotel Valle di Assisi Spa & Golf

Arriving outside, it can look a little unassuming. The quality of the inside and the rooms were fantastic. Most notable was the view of Assisi from the restaurant as the sun was setting. Truly stunning, pictures don’t do it justice.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week. (As we thought) but due to a cancelled flight we had to return to the hotel and stay a bit longer. The hotel didn’t hesitate to help and offered us our own room back. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were pretty and cleaned every day. If we needed help with something, there was always someone present to help us out. Especially Carlo who happens to make great Negroni Cocktails. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was great. Both the breakfast and dining area have a nice view on the city of Assisi. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst hotel in Italy!!! We do not recommend this hotel to anyone! We chose this hotel for our first wedding anniversary and wanted to have a nice time there but we were very disappointed! In this hotel they steal! And then without the knowledge and consent of the customer they take money from the bank account. They accuse you of stealing things from your room and take money from your account. Fear to go there because you can be accused of something! We very much regret staying at this hotel. In addition, my husband and I were at dinner, they added more than 20 euros to our bill and we do not know for what! To sum up; After checking out of the hotel the NEXT DAY, they informed us that after our check-out the hotel room was missing a kettle and that they took 40 euros from our account. We explained that we didn't take anything and for 24 hours after checking out we don't know who was in the room! We were accused of theft but we are the ones being robbed by the hotel! This is a scandal! Trying to explain by email is pointless. At this hotel they steal and use sensitive data and don't want to admit it!
