The facility is very clean, and beautifully designed. The hot spring is the best I ever experience. The staffs are courteous and very helpful. The foods are delicious with elegant presentation. We enjoyed so much, we will recommend to any person to have a super Hot Spring experience here!
Amazing hotel and good service. Very family friendly with a giant kids play room with slides and jungle gym. Hot spring pool has a water ball pit with water jet gun. Gym was decently equipped with the usual treadmills, row machine, and dumbbells up to 50lbs. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a mix between local and Japanese cuisine. Definitely would recommend staying here as a base to explore the rest of yilan especially if you’re driving, as parking is free for guests.
We got a nice spacious room with our own hot spring tub. Great for a weekend getaway. Service staff are friendly, but there was no one to help us unload our luggage when we arrive in the evening. Very nice hot spring pool on the ground floor with indoor and outdoor areas, with varying temperatures.
