Beautiful spot walking distance to most sights Easy access to hop on hop off bus. Short walk from cruise terminal. Be ware of dishonest cab drivers. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great showers. We didn’t find the place noisy at all.

We stayed here 6 nights, starting on Saturday night and as many reviews mentioned, it was the worst. Me being sensitive to noise, I only managed to fall asleep at 3am when clubbing music finished. It was very loud and few firework displays too. Other nights were fine. Staff was very good and helpful, did not have issues with them at all. Hotels breakfast was very simple, same thing every day, scrambled eggs and ham resembling bacon. Very big selection of sweets. Didn't realise until I heard other people order, but you can ask for cappuccino or espresso and they make it in the kitchen, also ordinary coffee available. Room was very small, bathroom decent size. No English speaking channels on TV. Room service available every day. Corridor is very narrow and could hear cleaners so loud as if they were in the room with us. Parking available for 15 euros a day. Central streets are about 5-10 minute walk. I guess can't complain too much as price was great, but just wanted to let everyone know about our experience.

Location is in a very gritty area of Palermo. As darkness falls, the area immediately outside the hotel becomes incredibly noisy - music and voices - which find their way into the hotel via windows, plumbing etc. probably the worst nights sleep I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.
