Friendly receptionist helped us with upgrading our room since we had an extra person. They were flexible and always nice. Breakfast was average. I would suggest to add more fruit, olive oil and more kinds of bread. Relatively good coffee.

Nice and clean rooms. Housekeeping checked the room and made the bed etc every day. Hot and lovely shower. I was very happy with the location of the hotel. Helpful staff as far as info about busses and different types of transportation. They only thing that was a big minus for me was how the staff was unable to provide any information about booking of guides etc. I would expect a 4 starr hotell to have more knowledge about the local community. Would I stay again ? Yes definitely.

We stayed for three nights in a suite. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall experience was just okay and could have been much better. The breakfast was quite average and didn’t meet our expectations. As for the room, it was labeled a suite, but it didn’t really feel like one. There were cleanliness issues — for example, there was a lot of dust behind the bed and in some other spots, which suggests that cleaning was not thorough. Another downside was the ceiling windows that couldn’t be covered or closed, so once the sun came up, the room became very bright. This was a problem for us as we prefer to sleep in a darker environment. In summary, while the hotel had its positives, especially the location and staff, the room and overall amenities left a lot to be desired.
