Hotel Vertigos

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the city center. The staff gives an extra sense of comfort in addition to the interior and food. Two things characterize this hotel, and that is peace and sophistication. I personally will be happy to come back here. All recommendations!

“Recently renovated” sure?. Hotel still shows age I wish I took pictures my room had water damage and it seems like others did to during breakfast I had a talk with other people saying they had “mold” in some places and dirty brown towels the breakfast it self was so bland they had lots diverse meals some like English breakfast or American and Vietnamese. But they were all practically the same meal I had asked for no ham in my sandwich and received ham my religion strictly is against pork but when I told them they said sorry and took my plate I was still charged and plus an elevator went out forcing me to carry luggage up the stairs with no staff help the location is great but I’m sure new owners would help please find another hotel this one gives Tuzla a bad image even tho it’s a really nice place

Dirty sheets and pillows with hair on, tinny tiny rooms, extremely loud noises from the street, terrible service, no normal supplies at all not even tooth paste, pillow case, etc. It’s more of a better looking Motel 6 than a so-called four star hotel. Checked in Monday night, the girl was friendly but when asking for bar soap and a blanket later that night, the old guy was so lost and refused to contact somebody who knows where things are. He was so rude and cursed. A person who weigh more than 95kg can barely walk in the room that’s how small rooms are. Shower head is broken, no place to put anything in the shower and there’s only one horrible liquid soap for shampoo/hands/body.
