We stayed one night may 25 and what a great experience it was. Everything from walking in to checking out was amazing. Ajdin was one of the best his approach to detail and welcoming personality was one of the best I have experienced and I have traveled to numerous countries. He is friendly and courteous just great! The breakfast was also amazing so were the rooms! I would definitely bring my family there again when we visit Bosnia! Thanks you!
Nice hotel, the rooms are clean. Good breakfast selection (eggs were prepared four different ways, which you don’t often see in hotels). One downside for the breakfast is the coffee (the machine coffee at the breakfast area is not that good, if you just order coffee in the restaurant it’s good) and the juice (too watery).
The location is up the hill, which can be difficult for seniors. The view is beautiful, but the rooms are very tiny and the washroom had a bad smell. Be prepared to struggle with your luggage no one will help you, even if you ask. The first time they might, but it feels like you’re expected to give a big tip just to get help with check-out as well. Overall, very disappointing.
