The hotel is in an excellent location - right in the heart of the city one street away from the Galleria, the Duomo, and many fine restaurants. While it is located on a busy street, you can walk to the major sights. WARNING: Do NOT trust the valet parking. The hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood and it is very difficult to find parking -even to check in. I paid $50 per night for two nights of valet parking. A month after I returned home, I found that I was given 4 parking tickets while the car was under the control of the hotel - for a total of $185. This occurred during the check-in and check-out process. I wrote to the management in an email and a letter. They never even gave me the courtesy of a reply. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. In the end, the hotel stay cost me an additional $285 for two nights. I could have stayed at a luxury hotel.
I was having breakfast in the cafeteria of the hotel, personnel is helpful and polite, the place is comfortable and prices are good if you think you are behind the city center of Milan.
