Hotel Via

I wanted to add a review about the helpful staff who assisted with my reservation. I carelessly booked a reservation on the wrong day online on 7/27 around 5pm and a male staff member kindly assisted in making the change to the correct date with no issue. He was pleasant, kind and patient and it was an easy experience that I thought was going to be difficult. I had to call back later to change my reservation to add an additional room and find the best deal for our group. Kelsey was so patient, informative and had exemplary customer service. I am truly looking forward to our stay because of the service provided today.

We booked this hotel and a concert that was at the Oracle stadium right across the street. This hotel is so convenient for Oracle stadium shows because it's literally right across the street, it made the event so much more enjoyable because we didn't have to deal with traffic leaving the area after the show. On top of that, we were on the bottom floor which had a little patio. It was right behind the lobby so I was worried it was going to be noisy but it was super quiet! The staff were friendly and there were plenty of staff at this hotel, both for the valet and for the checking in and checking out experience.

This hotel was fantastic! We only stayed for one night ( wish we stayed longer). We got there early in the day for a Giants Game, and many guests were trying to check in early. The valet service was impressive considering how busy they were, and Jose even stepped in to help speed up the check-in process at the front desk. He was very professional and kind. Later, after the game, we checked into our room, and were pleased to find a large comfortable, clean and bright room! That evening, we stopped by the front desk to ask for some local recommendations. The front desk staff, Leslie and Kelsi, went above and beyond to assist us and were incredibly friendly, even making a point to ask about our evening when we returned. That level of service is hard to find these days and was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!
