Hotel Viareggio

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Viareggio at the beginning of July and truly couldn’t have asked for more. In the summer heat, the perfectly functioning air conditioning was a lifesaver. The room service was absolutely top-notch — everything was cleaned immaculately every single day. Breakfast was another highlight. Everything on the buffet not only tasted incredibly fresh but also absolutely delicious. Their pastries are simply unforgettable, and the espresso was the perfect finishing touch each morning. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel also offers plenty of parking spaces, which made things even more convenient. It’s just a few meters from the beach and promenade, and there’s a gas station right next door — a great bonus for travelers. There was truly nothing to complain about. We’re extremely grateful for the way we were taken care of and would gladly return. Thank you for everything!

Good location, 5 minutes walking to fronte mare, very good food in restaurant, special notes, they have all facilities for people who have disabilities and stuff always welcome to help with everything, the location of the hotel is good for business trips and all needs are close by, I'm highly recommending to stay in that hotel, I was staying for 3 days and cleaning service was very good.

This is really the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. - Cesar salad, chicken raw, looked more like the last leftovers - Loud music in the outside area of the restaurant until 4am. Must be a party hotel. Was really loud in the room. - Children who are not under control and stomp around at 2:00 a.m. - Towels dirty - Everything was run down - Doors have to be slammed to close properly, so you can hear doors slamming all the time - From the balcony you could see the restaurant guests peeing against the bushes. Should write Pee View instead of Sea View. That would be more accurate. - Also nice how the people in the restaurant throw garbage into the bushes from the table - No furniture on the balcony I would also like to know where they buy the 4 stars. If you are looking for a relaxed, tidy hotel, you should definitely go somewhere else. The location is good, so look for another hotel
