Hotel Viata

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Vista, made even more special because it was my birthday. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service from Chris. He went above and beyond to make the day memorable—kind, thoughtful, and truly exceptional in every way. His attention to detail and warm attitude made me feel genuinely celebrated. Thank you, Chris, for making my birthday so special!

The hotel is secluded into the wilderness with a winding road to it. The front door workers are nice and knowledgeable. With each turn into the hotel, you feel more like a king. This hotel is very professional, proper, and friendly. Great stay! Floor 2 has all of the amenities. And sometimes you can hear some coyotes at night, so do not wander off. Enjoy your stay!

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Viata, we were welcomed like old friends. The staff is genuinely warm and attentive in a way that feels effortless—every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, felt personal and sincere. They truly go above and beyond, not because they have to, but because they want to. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made our stay feel incredibly special. The grounds are absolutely stunning. Lush landscaping, elegant architecture, and thoughtful details everywhere you look make it feel like you’ve stepped into a European villa. The MUSIC was so on point. Even though intended for background music, the music selection was on point. Whether you’re strolling through the courtyard for some games or relaxing by the pool, there’s a calm, luxurious atmosphere that’s impossible not to fall in love with. The restaurants on-site were just as impressive. Each meal fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and impeccable presentation. The servers were so kind and attenuative. And the cabana? A dream. It was the perfect spot to unwind in style—private, comfortable, and surrounded by beauty. Hotel Viata isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to remember. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already planning our return.
