Fantastic hotel We were staying for 5 nights. The hotel is peaceful and quiet yet respectful of young people like ourselves who wanted to go to events. The security are pretty on it and mistakenly asked us to turn our music off at 2am (totally fair, but we didn’t have music on at that time as we were leaving for our event and we always had the volume low so it was another room) We did bed and breakfast and found the breakfast to be great every day. The Starbucks on site is also a massive bonus! The reception staff were amazing, spoke fantastic English and were helpful with everything we needed. We would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel – very bright and clean. The lady who checks guests in at the restaurant is super friendly. Meals are nice. The room is spacious with a sea view. However, the pillows are awful and cause neck pain. The TV doesn't work properly. The air conditioning is powerful and free, unlike in many other hotels – a real bonus. Sleep quality could be better, as there’s noise in the early hours that disturbs rest. You can also hear the planes taking off. Choose sea view as street view overlooking the bins and you can also be above the laundry room. Also, cigarette smoke and fumes can be smelled in the room, likely due to the high number of smokers around the hotel. Smokers are everywhere. The girls at reception seem very dull and look fed up. They’re extremely unhelpful and give the impression that they don’t care. You can be waiting in the queue and they might ignore you, serving someone who arrived after you. They really need to smile more. The hotel itself is clean, and the cleaners are very hardworking. The beach is dirty and narrow, full of algae, cigarette butts, and plastic. A man charges €8 for a sunbed, but people end up sitting in the middle of rubbish – he could have at least cleaned the sand with a rake instead of just sitting there. In the evenings, many locals walk their dogs on the shore, and unfortunately, the dogs relieve themselves on the sand. This should really be enforced. The water is brown.

Definitely not a four star hotel. I would say 3 star maybe. The rooms are terribly noisy; you can hear everything from the hallway. We couldn't sleep because everything in the other room was audible. The shower water was cold and only warmed up after 15 minutes. The handwashing tap was clogged, and the water barely ran.The hotel doesn't provide sunbeds by the beach. You have to pay an extra 75 euros per person, even though we had the all-inclusive package! This isn't the first Al-In hotel to disrespect Al-In guests. The beach is awful, full of algae and seaweed, and the water is dirty! Only the hotel reception is very friendly. This hotel offers nothing that could qualify as a 4-star hotel. The pool was dirty.
