Hotel Vibra Palma Cactus

The energy of the hotel and the amazing staff is great. Very welcoming, forthcoming and location is great. Though the pool is close to a street it did not end up bothering me and the pool, design and sunbeds are great.

Hotel is clean, location is great. Good for a family with kids. Downside: pool is tiny and opens / closes at bad hours. Bar the same. You have to pay for water at the dinner. Rest is great.

The room - no side table, no drawer units and did see quite a few ants on 4th floor. Fridge small and okay. No water bottles provided. Cleanliness - second day, we had to tell reception that our room had not been cleaned. Response,-did the bed empty the bin. Other days the bin was not emptied, shower, gel and hand soap had not been refilled. Cleaning was around 4pm, possibly lack of staff. Restaurant- Very few options for vegetarians for breakfast and dinner. Not suitable for vegetarians. Dinner time, you had to pay for tea, coffee and water. Can't take your water bottle. First time I have come across a hotel that does not provide these basic essentials. Pool - small. Ladder to short for elderly to step in or come out. Couldn't use it. Pool towels, only for pool use and not for beach. Pool area, you need to use their tea, water bottles etc This is a three star hotel and not four.
