Lovely hotel literally a 2 minute walk from Leiden Central station. Super modern furnishings loved the design in the rooms. AC worked great. Breakfast had large amount of options served in the hotel next door.
Hotel Vic is a stylish, modern hotel in Leiden, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. Breakfast (which was very good!) is served in the neighboring Tulip Inn. The rooms are typically Dutch — not very spacious, but clean and equipped with high-quality amenities. I really appreciated the self-service area for basic food supplies and essentials. While parking is available for €15 per day, there are plenty of free spots nearby as well.
The hotel is well located and the person at the reception was really nice However… the beds are terrible. Small and not confortable. They re so light that if your turn in your bed, it’s start moving away from the other bed. The bed sheet are so small that you have to sleep in a fœtus position to avoid being cold… « You could use the heater »… well the air/co heater is no noisy that I had to chose between being cold or having the sensation that a mosquito was leaving in my ear for the full night The pillows ??? They were made to break your neck The hotel is typical from a lot of new « hotels »… it looks nice for Instagram but you don’t get any confort The basics of an hotel is to sleep well… please change your beds
