Great location near the main lift in Gerlos. Rooms are good and the breakfast is perfect. In this price range, one of the best hotels of Gerlos.
One of the best 'warm welcomes' I have ever experienced. All staff were super friendly, from the moment you call them, during your complete stay and when you check-out. Great place to come to... I'll be back as soon as I am in the area.
Stayed here on a 4 day ski trip and I am really impressed with both the hotel and the resort! Hotel: great rooms, lovely decor, fantastic big breakfast, absolutely the most friendly helpful staff ever! Resort: fantastic lifts, good piste, no queues, wasn't busy on the slopes, good apres and fantastic bars for later. Love this place. One of the best resorts I have been too! Austria: everyone is so friendly here! I love this country!
