Michelin Review – Hotel Stay From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was handled with the utmost professionalism, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. The staff maintained a consistently warm and attentive approach throughout our visit, making us feel genuinely welcome at every turn. The breakfast was of exceptional quality, with a well-curated selection that highlighted both freshness and local flavors. Dining at the hotel continued to impress, with dishes prepared to a high standard and thoughtful service to match. Service across all areas was impeccable – efficient, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. A stay marked by elegance, comfort, and an outstanding level of hospitality.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a very special hotel. Previous reviews mention the hotel being tired but we did not find this the case at all and, in actual fact, the hotel doesn’t shout luxury — it whispers it! The hotel has a unique effortless and understated elegance that immediately puts you at ease. It has a classic charm. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. From the moment we walked in every interaction felt genuine — not just polite but warm and intuitive. The female receptionist (sorry I did not get her name) who greeted us was exactly what we needed after a long journey and the complimentary fizz was such a wonderful gesture. All Staff were ready with a smile or a quiet gesture that made all the difference. Their commitment to making every guest feel seen and valued is simply unparalleled. Brenda and Jacquline at the pool were amazing as was the Lifeguard who was exceptionally helpful and hardworking. We stayed here for a special birthday and the complimentary fizz, cake and card left in the room was such a wonderful surprise. The food quality was excellent (the breakfast was actually not just a breakfast but an experience!) and the cocktails were to die for. Apologies for the length of this review but I wanted to eulogise this amazing hotel while it was still fresh in my mind!

LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS HOTEL! Location is a short bus journey or walk into the city. Beautiful views from the public areas, amazing pool , food and staff. Thank you Carolina for looking after us so well! Will definitely be back!
