Room so clean and appears daily service by staff. Shower good with hot water and good flow. Quite old style hotel with that so heavy key chain for the key.
Not worth too high price. Nice from outside, staff ok, but not clean and dirty. Chewing gums on the wall, bathroom shower rotten…. Sheets were clean at least, yet covers not. Would not come back even if free of charge..
My stay here was an EXTREMELY TERRIBLE experience! I'm FURIOUS! I MUST leave a negative review! I will also post an English review on Google Maps—they MUST see this, I MUST complain. The biggest problem was the HORRIBLE service attitude—incredibly arrogant, unreasonable, and rude. Background: On Day 1 during check-in, I was the ONLY guest but waited FOREVER. While processing my check-in, the staff: - Constantly answered phone calls - Made MULTIPLE outgoing calls I thought: *'My check-in is in progress. It’s not complicated. Answering one call is acceptable, but personal calls should wait until AFTER finishing my check-in.'* I endured and waited. Then she suddenly LEFT without completing my check-in—no explanation. Another staff took over. I said: *'I’ve waited long—can you hurry?'* The new staff called her back. She then YELLED at me: ***'I'm busy! I'm alone! You have to wait! You have no options!'*** Her attitude was AGGRESSIVE—I hadn’t even complained yet! Alone abroad, I didn’t escalate. Check-in resumed. She said my booking included 2 breakfasts for 1 person. I confirmed: *'Yes—the booking site had no single-breakfast option. Can you deduct one breakfast fee?'* She refused. I said: *'Fine.'* I recalled two friends staying nearby without breakfast. I asked: *'Can I bring a friend?'* She said: *'Yes, one friend.'* I asked: *'If I bring two friends, what’s the extra fee?'* She snapped impatiently: ***'Your breakfast can’t be refunded! Only ONE friend allowed!'*** I repeated: ***'Extra fee per person?'*** She barked: ***'€15 per person.'*** I agreed. Ultimately, my friends never came. I stayed 4 nights—ate ALONE for first 3 mornings. The WORST part came on the final morning: I had an early meeting. At 7 AM, I grabbed bread (2-3 mins tops) and left. After the meeting, I returned at 10 AM (breakfast ends at 10:30). Since I needed to check out and catch a train (no lunch time), I decided to properly use my SECOND breakfast entitlement. While getting food, a male staff accused me: ***'You already ate breakfast. This is your second meal—pay extra.'*** I explained my booking included 2 breakfasts and showed my confirmation. He said: *'Ok, I’ll check.'* He went to reception. I continued getting food. He returned—I asked: *'Verified?'* He said: ***'No. Two breakfasts but one person? Only one entry allowed.'*** I countered: ***'Reception APPROVED bringing a friend—that means TWO entries!'*** He left. Then a SECOND staff repeated the accusation. Then an OLD MAN stormed over, shouted LOUDLY (intentionally public): ***'This is your SECOND breakfast! Pay €30 NOW!'*** (NOTE: Reception quoted €15 extra; website states €10!) He IGNORED my explanation and walked away. I called: *'Let me show you the booking!'* He angrily left. All three staff PUBLICLY HUMILIATED me with loud accusations. I abandoned my food and confronted the old man. He said: *'Come to reception with me.'* At reception, the same check-in woman snapped: ***'I don’t know why you always have so many problems.'*** After my explanation, she finally said: *'Fine, go eat. The restaurant staff didn’t know—now they do. You have two breakfasts.'* (NO APOLOGY—still rude: *'Eat then check out fast.'*) I retorted: *'You shouldn’t blame ME for "having problems"—this is YOUR fault! Staff ignorance isn’t my burden. I showed proof!'* She exploded: ***'Now you can have breakfast! I don’t want to talk! WHEN will you check out?!'*** Having two breakfasts over two time slots is MY RIGHT. - My first "meal" was 2 mins—effectively UNFINISHED. - I left for a meeting and returned—standard for unfinished meals! - Previous 3 days I ate only ONCE daily. - NO written rule states "one entry per person." - Reception ORALLY approved bringing a friend (= two entries). Despite being WRONG, they: - Sent THREE staff to harass me - PUBLICLY shamed me - Demanded DOUBLE the fee (€30 UNFORGIVABLE! The receptionist’s victim-blaming—*'always have problems'*—was VILE. This was my WORST hotel experience
