Had an exceptional stay at Hotel Vijan Palace! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The food was outstanding, with a special mention of the breakfast spread - the menu was vast and delicious! The service was top-notch, thanks to Mr. Ravindra, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. His friendly and attentive nature made us feel right at home. Highly recommend Hotel Vijan Palace for its excellent amenities, food, and service.
Dear Hotel Vision Palace Team, I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback. The reception staff (Sneha Ma'am, Preeti Ma'am & Akhilesh ji) were excellent in coordinating and provided great service. However, I noticed that some of the working staff (housekeeping, etc.) seemed a bit rude and unresponsive to instructions given by the reception team. Improving their communication skills and ensuring they align with the hotel's service standards would further enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Stayed this hotel many times - recently from 20th April to 24th April 2025. Many things disappointed with this hotel from my exp 1. Arrogant staff behaviour- the communication is arrogant and disrespectful most of the time 2.Unprofessional behaviour to get tips from customers- even if they brought something to room they wont leave without getting a tip which is so cheap 3.So much delay in reception- seems they use very outdated software for managing bookings - I had to wait 45 when I first checked in 4. Average food with high price - The breakfast buffet is just below average but bring only convenience to guests nothing more exciting about food 5 . The vallet parking staff behave like guests are their slaves - they just order us lodly Overall I will never chose this place to stay in future . There are plenty of hotels available in Jabalpur where staff behaves properly . The management should train the staff and make the system more effective . I wont recommend this hotel to anyone
